i found that if you sprays sides an under side with frame dirt an then finish of with drybrushing actual cement on top an sides should do the trick. just finished 8 pallet cement wagons an they came out great. i,lll post somes of them on my blog. 'semaphore', just joined today so i,ll have them up ina bit. philip
