    Yes its the belfast shop sound chip. Every other function works bar any light function.

    Tried all of 28 functions on the nce cab, no joy. Maybe the light functions were not mapped on the chip?

    hi guys I have just converted my 071 to dcc and using a nce power cab. All the functions work except for any lights. F0, f10, f11 and f12 give me nothing. Any ideas what I maybe doing wrong? Also changed back to the stock chip on dc and the lights work like they should. Any help greatly appreciated

    Thanks to all for the advice Anthony I read your posts about the power cab ability to run multiple locos with 1.5amps. That cleared it up for me as I was worried that I would have bought an under strength system. I thought I was being original with the name!

    Hi Everyone New to the forum. I went a bit mad and bought three trains Two 201's One 181 I want to use these with dcc. I have being looking at a nce power cab - starter set.http://www.dccsupplies.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=24_111&products_id=487 Would ye recommend this controller for the trains above? Also im interested in expanding the fleet already(eyeing up a 141), would this controller be able to handle four trains running at the same time? Im sure ill have further questions!! Thanks for helping
