  1. It seems to be taking quite some time unfortunately!
  2. I think it is perhaps around the 1930s. The picture below is from the 1950s.
  3. The kitchen in our house is built over the Derry Central trackbed! A photo of Kilrea in days gone by.
  4. The Hollies - 'Long Dark Road' from The Hollies compilation 'Changin' Times'.
  5. Unbelievable price for this respray. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Murphy-Model-Northern-Ireland-Railways-3-car-DMU/263737511502?hash=item3d67fb0e4e:g:VwUAAOSwbA5bFa~X
  6. I see them all regularly from the train and they are on the move quite a lot. 8111 and 8113 look well but 112 needs some attention to the paintwork.
  7. I think the old Peco ST242 and ST243 might do the job. They equate to a crossover between radius 1 and 2 and can be found on ebay at present. Hope this helps.
  8. The Bachmann Class 20 is an ideal chassis for the job. I have three fitted. I have also tried the Hornby version and would not recommend you using it.
  9. Three lorries with sections of a Mk3 Restaurant car were seen today about 3.30pm passing by Yorkgate.
  10. Just picked up one this week to see how it would operate. Very easy to set up and very easy to use. Simply attach to the rails, activate with a wire, supply an accessory address and start to use.
