  2. Yet another Adventurous & Brave undertaking which certainly tested by Patience. Amalgamating Resin & Diecast would usually be a "NoNo"! Using a TD5 Resin Body & Chopping the cab area from an EFE Leyland Tiger resulted in a CIE TS11 Decker. Four TS11 Deckers were taken over from the DUTC in 1945 & were instantly recognised by the raked windscreen & lengthened first window bay, all four operating from Conyngham Rd Garage. Modelled here is R244 (ZD 927) on Route 25 - O'Connell Bridge - Lucan, withdrawn & Scrapped By November 1959
  3. “Pimp My Model” Dublin Bus RV615 (99-D-615) Pimped Up Here in an All Over Advert for Today FM. RV615 at Phibsboro Garage Along with RV328 at Donnybrook Garage Received with Bright Simple Advert in Spring 2005. Modelled here on Route 122 - Drimnagh.

I really enjoyed painting these. These Models are 1/76 Scale. I have a GNR & GSR Examples in the Making and will Share Images when Completed
  5. Taking Inspiration from an Ian Molloy Image of a Limerick Based M Class Leyland Leopard posted on one of the Photograph groups on Facebook recently....i have Modelled here M67 (67 IK) with its unusual Fibreglass C Class Front & Panelled Weathering.
  6. George Heaney recently released his Kit Of Leyland TD5/TD7 Highbridge. I have Hand painted mine as a CIE AR Class & DR Class. AR Class - CIE Bought one AEC Regent Entering Service May 1946 DR Class - CIE Bought Six Daimler Engined CWD6’s entering Service also in May 1946 Both Operated from Conyngham Rd Garage.
  7. Further to Last Months Post of Bus Eireann BT5L, Modelled here is a Follow up Model VWD92 (172-L-1194) in a More Plain Approach of the Bus Eireann Livery. New to Roxboro Garage, Limerick in 2017, Modelled on Route 304 - Limerick University.
  8. HARP Lager AOA 6 Dublin Bus Leyland Olympian’s were painted in this attractive livery for HARP Lager in 1991. 6 Vehicles from each depot (RH4, RH9, RH24, RH40, RH64 & RH65) from October 1991 - April 1992. Modelled here is RH24 from Summerhill Garage on Route 41C - RiverValley, Swords
  9. Bus Eireann Volvo B5TL Wrights Gemini 3. Modelled here. Delivered New in November 2015, VWD46 (152-C-6169) the first to feature the New Streetdeck Front. Based at Capwell Garage Cork, its Modelled on Route 220 - Baile an Chollaigh (Ballincollig)

  11. New into Conyngham Rd Garage in February 1976 was Van Hool McArdle D798 (798 BIK). Handpainted here in CIE Tan Livery on Route 78A - Hospital Gate (Cherry Orchard).

  14. Dublin Bus Bombardier KC Class Handpainted here in Two Tone Green. New in 1983, KC2 (ASI 2) is modelled during its Time at Summerhill Garage on Route 20A - Donnycarney North
  15. CIE RA73 (OYI 838) New in December 1959 to Summerhill Garage. Handpainted here in CIE livery complete with Period Adverts & a Conductor Changing the Scrolls for added detail. Modelled on Route 16 - Santry.
  16. Numerically the Last RA PD3/2 off the Production line was RA152 (HZA 277) New to Donnybrook Garage June 1961, it is Handpainted into CIE Cream & Navy on Route 6A - Blackrock
  17. The Controversial One. RA138 (HZA 263) modelled here in CIE Tan Livery. The Controversy lasted only 4 Days in June 1978 & then Quickly repainted Standard CIE Cream & Navy. Modelled on Route 24 Marino
  18. A Handpainted CIE Leyland Leopard E1 (CZA 661) modellee here on a Run to Wexford. New in 1961 allocated Broadstone Garage along with E2, they both Operated the Dublin - Wexford Route
  19. Handpainted Leyland Leopard Rebodied / Van Hool Vistadome LVH42 (AZD 172) modelled here in CIE Tour Livery.
  20. New to CIE Cork in July 1971 was M72. Later Transfering to Tralee in August ‘82. In an attempt by management in Tralee to spruce up the fleet, a Tours Livery Resulted. Modelled here when it was later Re-Engined to DAF becoming MD72 (72 IK) M27, M91 & M200 where other examples to receive this Livery.
  21. Entering Service in 1981 with CIE was the KE Class Bombardier Coaches. KE22 - 51 were Built as Coaches with various Seating Capacities & appeared in Brown & Cream Livery as Modelled here. They were not fitted with Destination Boxes, The Legend “CIE Tours International” being painted on the Headboard Panels

  23. In a Hand painted Attempt to Model a More “Bockety & Battered” AU as some had flashing and Bumpers removed in later life. Modelled here is Ex GNR Regal CIE AU343 (ZY1683) on a “Dun Dealgan” Service *Super Smooth 3D Printed Kit by Tiny Model Bus & Coach**
