Liverbird81
Just wondering has anyone come across 450 class kits from worsley works thanks in advance
33lima
Worseley Works is another one worth checking out, which on a quick glance I don't see listed in the manufacturers section: http://www.worsleyworks.co.uk/4mm/4mm_Irish_Standard_Gauge.htm
UP6936
A lot of NIR stuff doesn't necessarily need to be kit built, coaches are mostly BR repaints, and railcars can be made with some bashing of RTR stock. MIR kits I believe are good, but good luck tracking them down these days! DM models (I think that is their name) recently brought out bagged cement wagons as well
Mayner
Just wondering has anyone come across 450 class kits from worsley works thanks in advance I would imagine the 450 Class with its recessed doorways would be "challenging", the 70 Class might be a better starting point http://www.worsleyworks.co.uk/Image-Pages/Image_4mm_Class70.htm. Colum Flannagan has turned out some very nice models of UTA & NIR stock using Worsley Works overlays on plastic rtr bodies.
Kirley
Have a look at an excellent Class 70 done by gnri using the Worsley Works Kit on the old Site: http://irishrailwaymodeller.yuku.com/reply/7873/70-Class#reply-7873 Allan at Worsley Works describes his kits as an aide to Kit building, he only supplies certain parts and for that reason I would suggest some experience in kit building would be helpful before starting one of his kits.
