  1. As I said earlier, stunning. I think my Cravens have just lost top spot.
  2. Arrived this morning. One word. Stunning. I'm looking forward to getting these home, and having a proper look later.
  3. The silence is deafening.
  4. And that looked like it was dipped into a bucket of shit, and left out to dry too?
  5. Looks like you've had some additional weathering carried out on 085 @Rob I was never a fan of the factory finish on that loco myself.

    Murphy Models Mk2d

The IR livery looks to be proving popular. Great to see.
  7. Lovely stuff, Noel. Those IRM fertiliser pallets and loads are great for around the layout. They really complete a yard scene.
  8. Christ, that's rough looking.

    Murphy Models Mk2d

    Phrasing First. Boom!
  10. Likewise, Phil. I had assumed they would come in around the 200 mark, so I was a little surprised when the price was eventually confirmed. Plus, there's the added cost of the decoders. I have to admit, I was reluctant after the announcement. It got me thinking, do I actually need them? I have a mixture of the IR/IE liveried locomotives from the first run and they're a superb model. Anyway, I had a think. The fear of missing out on these, and then regretting it, pushed me to pull the trigger. Glad I did now.
  11. True. They're always handy to have in the spares box. I think I might of cleared SSM out, last time I ordered them.
  12. Great. That's an image now burned into my memory forever
  13. Nice container. I like the colour. Get the silver paint out for the locking bars. I'm sure your probably doing nothing else anyway, other than sunning yourself
  14. Lovely stuff, Noel. Have you swapped out the wipers too? They look similar to the SSM offering.
  15. Always nice to see the GP38-2. They're still going strong after all these years. Love that CP livery.
  16. Nice work. You've really captured that heavily weathered look from the 90's.
  17. Get this thread back on topic, before it's beyond saving
  18. Have to admit, I have a soft spot for the 2600. I'd definitely invest in a few sets.
  19. She was. A little weird looking too, if I remember correctly.
