What chip are you using,is it the sound chip?.

The sound chip is plug and play,and all lights should work.

Yes its the belfast shop sound chip.

Every other function works bar any light function.

Yep thats the same procedure list.

On mine

 

 

F0 directional indicator lights front

F11 headlight

F12 tail indicators

F13 cab light

Tried all of 28 functions on the nce cab, no joy.

Maybe the light functions were not mapped on the chip?

Just to be clear, what chip are you using in the loco?

hi guys

I have just converted my 071 to dcc and using a nce power cab.

All the functions work except for any lights.

F0, f10, f11 and f12 give me nothing. Any ideas what I maybe doing wrong?

Also changed back to the stock chip on dc and the lights work like they should.

Any help greatly appreciated

Will there be a few 071's and 082's for sale tommorrow?

Looking to add to the collection and just wondering would they be up there with the 201's on price terms or would they be decreasing.

Anthony I read your posts about the power cab ability to run multiple locos with 1.5amps.

That cleared it up for me as I was worried that I would have bought an under strength system.

New to the forum.

I went a bit mad and bought three trains

Two 201's

One 181

I want to use these with dcc. I have being looking at a nce power cab - starter set.http://www.dccsupplies.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=24_111&products_id=487

Would ye recommend this controller for the trains above?

Also im interested in expanding the fleet already(eyeing up a 141),

would this controller be able to handle four trains running at the same time?

Im sure ill have further questions!!
