That's the one with the two carriages

I have come across a CIE Orange Livery Hymec Diesel Locomotive Model and two carriages. When I search on line this appears to be an R.768 but mine reads R.758 on the base. I thought at first it was my eyes but no it's definitely R.758. Anyone know if this is a different model.
