The crane from the Leeds manufacturer dating from circa the 1860s when Ferns Station was opened in Co Wexford, has now been fully restored and placed on the platform in Kilmeaden. Sponsored by the Heritage Council, the work was undertaken by Rock Forking in Co Cavan. www.rockforgingironcrafts.com
