Tis indeed a 20' box. Some info from the 1975 CIÉ Sales Manual The tanktainer on the left is the same as the two on the right just you're looking at the opposite side. They were indeed for transport of Bulk Glucose. Looks like they had a white livery to begin with and got the blue livery later on.
