  1. Hi, were the D301 shunters painted in black'n'tan or did they stay all black to the end? If so are pics availible of the tanned version? Frank And thanks for the help with the police vehicles!
  2. Hi, who knows about garda vehicles around 1958? What colour did they have (dark blue, white or black)? What prototypes were used? What writings and crests did they wear? Are pics availible? Frank
  3. Hi, I try to convert an AEC regal bus (from EFE) into an CIE railbus of the 50s. The biggest problem was to move the front entrance to the back. It is still without paint and detailing. I hope it managed to attache the pictures (I try that for nearly an hour now). Does anybod have pics of the rear or the right hand side of the bus? It seems there is no entrance there but I am not sure about it. Frank CIE bus.pdf
  4. Hi, I have a question about liveries: Were there 071s in supertrain livery with IR logo? - I have a photograph of a 141 in that livery with IR logo. Does anyone have a pic of a 071? Frank
  5. Hello, thanks for the kind welcome and the positive comments about the video. My layout is back behind the cupboard now and waits for it's return next christmas. So all I can do is waiting for a 071 in IR or IE livery. Were there 071s in supertrain livery with IR logo - I have a photograph of a 141 in that livery with IR logo ? Frank
  6. Hello, I collect irish model railways for quite some years but due to my "computer dyslexia" and my poor English skills I never went into this forum or it's forerunners. Now my son made up a video of my layout during christmas time. It is a very simple layout as it is stored behind a cupboard and only taken out for a few weeks every year. Well, you might like the video: From Germany: Frank
