It's the red used round buffers wheels and the yellow for the front of cabs

Any modellers know what shades of red & yellow NIR use for the GM's and 80 class/450 class.

Nice layout it's the sort of thing I would like to do with the Ruc tangies landrovers. Just out of interest I know the model shop used to sell the little army & police landrovers any idea now we're I can get my hands on one .

Yea there is a great clip on YouTube of coleraine station @ rush hour and 80 class with mixed livery cream red suburban and blue

NIR in the 80's &90's were like kids with toy trains taking parts from old stock to convert to new stock crazy stuff makes life a we bit harder for us amateur modellers

I was considering it but I've just got the wife to agree to letting me get a layout never mind a bigger garage although a divorce might not be a bad idea either

That's a big section of track for a layout 70+ft wow some shrinking needed as I only want this layout which will run end to end to be one side of my garage. Il send all the still shots to David they are crystal clear and show all the detail. And hopfully he can shrink it down to te required length. Once again guys many thanks. Wealth of railway knowledge
