  1. I think thats a 170 with a new face and paintjob (open to correction)

Unfortunately Bachmann have ceased production of Class 170 3 car DMU. An excellent base for the Caf 3/4ks and Cl 22000's

  2. Low relief was an option being explored with Bachmann up until yesterday. Confirmation of full relief was communicated by Bachmann this morning.

Marks Models are saying that these buildings are either half relief or three quarters relief buildings. Is this correct? Would be interested if full relief buildings only. Carlow station looks the dogs fangly bits if it's going to be produced in full relief.
  3. As Gareth stated on another thread, the main Irish Retailers are always striving to bring Irish themed product to the marketplace. With this in mind are there any other buildings you would like to see for 2014??? We need your feedback!!!! Please contact:

At this stage nothing is fixed in stone, so put your thinking caps on!!!!

Just to clarify the proposed buildings for 2013, Carlow Station, and the as yet unnamed pub will be full relief buildings, as confirmed by Bachmann this morning.

  5.

    Stephen,

pics of a commission I did a few years ago. To the best of my recollection the Irish Pullmans had both 1st and third class, though I stand to correction on that.

    Two questions:

Were the four Irish Pullmans first class or third class?

Are the Hornby kitchen cars a good representation of the Irish Pullmans?

    Many thanks.

    Stephen

  7. Good to see so many old friends in Wexford. Congrats to Donal and his team on a very well organised show, indeed many others could take a leaf from his book!!!! Also congrats to MRSI on their win with the sublime Dorset Street Junction O layout. And of course the cakeman himself Walter who's Austrian strawberry rum soaked creation was as always yummy!
