Help-track/wiring engineer required !

Dear model railway team

im looking for an experienced track person to come and sort out a layout I have created in my attic for my 12yr son. I have no experience of model railways and have created possibly a very complicated layout with reverse loops due to the limited space, is their anyone out thier able to help me and of course I am will to cover your costs.
