Irish Jouef Freight set value

Hi,

Looking for a rough value on this set, which I then plan to sell.

Made in Ireland (Shannon). Tracks do not have 'HDI' on them

There is a small building missing from the set
Really only of interest to collectors 
Region of €150 - €250 depending on condition of contents
I have some HDI track if needed
