Instaling a DCC sound chip in a Murphy 201

hi, can anyone please advise. I'm tryin to install a 201 sound chip into a 203, should I take out the entire already pre installed black chip or just the small long sleeve?

Pull out this blanking plate

 

 

You should then have the empty socket:

 

 

 

Then shove in your new chip:

 

 

 

Voila!
