Involved with the Donegal Railway Heritage Centre. We are open 6 days a week during the winter months and visitors can be scarce. Without support from Pobal we could not survive as a tourist attraction.

131 used to have a mesh over the damper to stop sparks from falling out. I assume it was removed at some point

Seems like 131 caused widespread damage or is it just bad reporting?

By the way, only one of each train will be needed (i.e 3 car CAF/ICR, 4 car 29K/ICR) Full Enterprise set and some other stuff.
Will the RPSI MkIIs be going to the Transport Hub?
RPSI Mk2s currently restricted to Whitehead and Cravens only passed to Dundak.

So first class & catering only on selected services?
Correct

In theory yes with improved Derry Line connections promised as well from October 2024. Stage 2 by 2029 will see a new Enterprise fleet in service

ICRs will replace DDs on Enterprise from late October as usual for about 6 weeks due to leaf fall season. The 3000k sets 1 to 6 will be kept busy as well.
