leslie10646 Posted October 6, 2021 Share Posted October 6, 2021 (edited) When I discovered that the GWS's Flying Banana was going to be running (a rare occurrence), we popped down to see what this fore-runner of Ireland's AEC cars was like to travel in - a shakey experience, but great to have a ride in it for a mile or so! Having "fun" with my new iMac which needless to say has a mind of its own! After the Banana, we repaired to a nearby overbridge and just about viewed Clun Castle coming round the curve from the main line and heading North towards Oxford and Birmingham. DiveController Posted October 8, 2021 Share Posted October 8, 2021 Very interesting to see the railcar, only ever saw that in model form. Assume its the railcar itself which accounts for the bumpy ride rather than the track.
