Track building software?

Hello folks,

 

Im new here so im still feeling my way around. 

Im wondering if any of you use software to plan your layouts before building and if so what software? I downloaded Anyrail to use but I am struggling at the minute. 

 

Actually, I just found the search bar and searched it. Plenty to read on. Thanks a million.
