I was given this for my birthday but never opened or used it as I already have one on my workbench. With this unit you can test or program any decoder because it has a built in motor & speaker & has connections for all types of decoders, even ones with wiring only. €40 plus €5 standard postage (Ireland) I will accept Paypal friends & family or regular Paypal if buyer pays the fees.
