Well Dapol have beaten the A team with releasing a Bulleid Light pacific with top specs.

Bit price heavy @ £400, Diecast Body,  Love the lights. seems to be none above the valve gear which is a shame.  The oil smoke I dont like so much. The sound on the Vid is from an A4

The Conundrum is do I get one and reduce all the Hornby ones to srcap line or just be happy with what I have right now. 

Pity they don't do a Partially payments.

I'm only surprised that the adjustable headcode lighting hasn't previously been tried as a retrofit kit for Hornby and other kit-based Light Pacifics. With DCC (and RC) technology now sufficiently tiny, headcodes you can change for the various Southern routes should be a selling point.
