Buying from 'Miniatur Wonderland' webshop

Hi guys,

 

Has anyone on here any experience with the 'Miniatur Wonderland' webshop? They have some hugely discounted Kibri stuff on there right now. I've tried to purchase a few bits, but I can't convert the sale. You put in all your details, and when the option to pay comes up you click on 'pay by card'. It tells you that a secure window will open, which does, but a message saying 'cannot process this order' appears.

 

Anyone purchased here recently?

Maybe it only works for German-resident customers?

I bought some stuff off them last year with no problem, however I was living in Denmark at the time. I don't see why they would have a problem selling to any other EU country.

I recently opened online accounts with two German retailers of Weinert detail parts. In both cases, the English language version was offered, but only the German language version actually worked properly!!

Thanks all. Opened an account, and tried the German option, but still no joy. So I've sent an email, will keep you posted!
