enniscorthyman Posted March 10, 2014 Posted March 10, 2014 I got my February IRRS journal today and some fine photos to mention including the cover of a black and tan 132 at Sligo Quay. Another photo is of Sulzer 1100 in works gray livery on a trial train in 1950 and a gem showing 0-4-0 loco passing through fivemiletown main street on the Clogher Valley line in 1938. Our own Noel Enright has a lovely shot of 209 on a timber ex Westport on the rear cover. Quote
Horsetan Posted March 15, 2014 Posted March 15, 2014 Yes, this turned up here as well. On Thursday is the London monthly evening lecture, and it's covering Irish signalling practice, aspects of which have been something of a mystery..... Quote
enniscorthyman Posted July 24, 2014 Author Posted July 24, 2014 I got my journal last week and a nice feature on the Castlecomer branch. Quote
