    Inglenook or Fork ?

Hello everyone, I am planning to build a very small switching layout. This is my very first try in 00/H0/0n30. Dimensions: 1200mm x 250mm. I use Trix C track.
  3. Hello everyone, I am planning to build a very small switching layout. Which one is the best solution: inglenook or fork ? Are two longer sidings better than three short ones ? It certainly looks more realistic to have two 5-wagon sidings than three 3-wagon sidings but I just want a small layout for funny switching operations. All your comments and advices will be very appreciate. Thanks. I also read these two websites: http://www.carendt.com/small-layout-scrapbook/page-103-november-2010/ http://www.wymann.info/ShuntingPuzzles/index.html
  4. It looks like very old Jouef stuff. Many moons ago, I had the same black steam loco. Unfortunately I lost it.
  5. Just read it. A wonderful layout. Thanks for the pics.
  6. Hello everyone, Thanks for adding me as a new member. As I wrote in the title, I'm a newbie here. Where can I drop a few line about me ? Something like "The Welcome Forum" or "New members section". Maybe I missed something ? Regards, Chris.
