  1. Having previously purchased four packs of Mk2b/c. I couldn’t resist despite all the holes in my pockets, another few packs @£34.75 a coach. YIPPEE ! Outstanding IRM.
  2. 5 EGVs for £140, £28 @coach, now that is a bargain.
  3. That’s good news !
  4. With the slow down in the Irish market, will we still see an announcement of a new locomotive at the weekend ? I've had itchy fingers since earlier this month, I had to ease the pain by getting some fridge trailers and a Scania cab.
  5. As I don’t wish to purchase an ESU Decoder Programmer unit for a one off. I would like to run an A Class loco at max speed of 25 mph for hauling unfitted goods trains. So far I have set, the max speed on my ECos @25mph, and altered the following, CV3 Value 200, CV4 Value 200, CV5 Value 85 & CV6 Value 45. I’m not sure how accurate these are to achieve my aim. Does anyone know, is there a table published for altering speeds/CV’s or has a Guru on here done something similar ? Any help appreciated. Thanks
  6. A post on 21 September said Parcelforce £15, DHL £20, to Ireland.
  7. £34.95 is the correct UK price including VAT. £29.13 is the price excluding VAT, which is the amount charged to EU customers, as VAT will be added before they are delivered to EU customers according to the rate applicable in their country. As regards messed up orders, mine came as ordered, so can’t comment on that.
  8. Time is running out, I wish I could get 20% off.
  9. Last chance today !
  10. If you wish to fit Kadee Couplers, it’s No.20. You will need to use a tweezers to remove the TLC couplers.

  11. Oxford Diecast are offering a trial of Delivered Duty Unpaid, today & tomorrow 10/11th October to Ireland. A 20% discount is being offered. code IRELANDSHIP, in return they ask you to fill in a brief questionnaire. Only 10 orders are on offer.
  12. Arrived today, sadly poorly packaged so much so both buses had broken the plastic ice cubes at both ends, and damage to headlight/indicator panel on one bus, that it broke off. Just a bit of paper, rather than bubble wrap which would have saved the day. Appreciate need to cut down on plastic, but please use enough brown paper to ensure secure wrapping so models don’t smash about in transit.
  13. Got the last 2 Dublin Bus, Route 11 & 48A.
  14. Dammed Expensive Biscuit !
  15. Park Royals are now in production.
  16. As good as new, run in on rolling road only. £170 free postage to UK Mainland only. I purchased two by mistake.

  21. The removal of the 10 blanking plates and installation of the Hattons 18 pin decoders was the easiest exercise I have ever undertaken.
  22. Kadee No.19 are perfect fit to replace TLC’s.
  23. Very unlikely, I may try and dim the led’s with a marker pen, another good reason to be able to switch them off when not running.
  24. Managed to get 3 of these from IRM before they sold out. I’m not a bus person, but these are fantastic models !
  25. Thanks Colin, I managed to source Train Tech coach lighting kits (on Noel’s recommendation) from TMC @reduced price. DCC Concepts only do table lamps from what I could see.
