Hello modellers I'm looking info on the little shunters NIR had.
What makes a good Donor
How many were there, I think 2 not sure. And general info were they just used at York rd
Running numbers
Many thanks in advance guys
Nice layout it's the sort of thing I would like to do with the Ruc tangies landrovers. Just out of interest I know the model shop used to sell the little army & police landrovers any idea now we're I can get my hands on one .
NIR in the 80's &90's were like kids with toy trains taking parts from old stock to convert to new stock crazy stuff makes life a we bit harder for us amateur modellers
I was considering it but I've just got the wife to agree to letting me get a layout never mind a bigger garage although a divorce might not be a bad idea either
That's a big section of track for a layout 70+ft wow some shrinking needed as I only want this layout which will run end to end to be one side of my garage. Il send all the still shots to David they are crystal clear and show all the detail. And hopfully he can shrink it down to te required length. Once again guys many thanks. Wealth of railway knowledge
