Just before this epic milestone in the Irish Hobby is achieved, I'd like to say a huge thank you to Paddy Murphy, Stephen McCarron, Richie O Hanrahan, Tom Brady, John Hazleton, Patrick Conboy, Fran Burke, Leslie McAllister, Ian McNally, Roderick Bruce, David Kavanagh & Mark and Mark Cuffe, . You guys collectively have built the Irish Model railway hobby from where it was in the 1970s to where it is today with an abundance of superb authentic "Irish" rolling stock and locomotives. Who would have believed it was possible, how many folks have been attracted into the hobby here and overseas as a result. Happy days, we are fortunate the Irish Model scene has never been batter. The imminant arrival of the A class is the pinnacle of this journey. Well done team IRM a dream fulfilled, a mountain climbed and conquered.
