Next to the lightning this would be up there with my favourite jets. Colin R Posted August 18, 2023 Share Posted August 18, 2023 The starfighter is a fantastic jet, my first encounter with this plane was as the result of a number of them falling out of the sky's over Germany they got the nickname widow maker, but my understanding was this was due to the changes that the modern Luftwaffe wanted from the plane design at the time.
