WRENNEIRE Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 Anyone ever put KDee's on a Craven coach? Have been asked what coupler is best if anyone has ever done it? Quote
0 Irish Freight Models Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 Hi Dave I have sucessfully used Kadee No. 20's in the past to prevent derailing issues Insert them only a feww mm into the nem pocket and hold with a dab of adhesive, inserting any deeper will result in buffer lock issues. think the 20 is the longest kadee available I had a photo i showed on the old site to someone, see if i can find it. 0 BosKonay Posted May 1, 2012 Posted May 1, 2012 I've also popped 20's in, and superglued them about two thirds in. They work grand, and are neater than the ones that came with the cravens. Quote
0 WRENNEIRE Posted May 1, 2012 Author Posted May 1, 2012 Cheers Tom & Bosko The woose that wanted the question asked is too much of an ould one to ask himself Whats the hobby coming to? Quote
0 djkonore Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 Might be worth taking a look at the "Close Coupling" thread in the Q&A section, if thats something they might also be interested in. Quote
