James Posted April 1 Posted April 1 Hi everyone. Hope this post is allowed and not sounding too crazy (can’t sleep so thought I’d make something useful of the time spent awake). Would anyone be happy to meet up on Monday/Tuesday (maybe Wednesday depending on work schedules) with some models that I’d love to get measurements of that don’t appear on normal drawings and the like. I’ll attach a photo with a list of the sort of stock I’d be thinking of, as well as the de Dietrich carriages, but if you have anything Irish and fancy a chat I’d be more than happy to meet. I’m in Newry but would be happy to meet in Belfast or Dublin if that suits. many thanks!!

Darius43 Posted April 1 Posted April 1 You could always ask (using this forum) for the specific measurements that you need for each model. That way there would be no need for the person to travel to meet you with the model(s) for you to physically measure. It would avoid the need for multiple meetings, assuming that no one person was able to bring along all the models for which you need measurements. Cheers Darius 1
James Posted April 1 Author Posted April 1 Hi Darius, Thats a good idea cheers! I’m just used to measuring stuff out myself, don’t like hassling people too much with fiddly/tinkering measurements. On the back of that, if anyone has any of the models listed above or anything Irish drop me a message please! Many thanks!!!!! Just now, James said: Hi Darius, Thats a good idea cheers!
