gm171 kk Posted June 12, 2014 Posted June 12, 2014 088 and the HOBs did some ballast laying in Kilkenny Wednesday night. This ballasting has been taking place for the passed couple of weeks and will probably continue for the next few weeks also.

I'm not sure about that but 088 would have been decelerating at the start of that video as it was stopping on Lavistown Loop not even half a mile from there to run around as seen below. You should have heard it screaming away in the distance before I shot the video
