Railway Building plans

I was wondering if and where it is possible to get the plans of railway related structures such as signal boxes, goods/cement sheds, station buildings etc

 

I see plans in UK/US magazines all the time and wondered if we had the same access to Irish stuff?

Depending upon the era you wish to review, have a look at the OSI.IE site. There is useful information on the railways of Ireland from 1913 to 2014.

Thanks came across that one before. Very useful link, but I'm looking more for building drawings and dimensions.

The IRRS is closed for the summer at present. Re-opens on Tuesday 2 September. The archives would ceretainly would have lots of station diagrams with track layouts, building floor plans etc. Hopefully there would also be some elevations.
