Getting Profile Photo to show on posts

Hi Guys,

On my profile I've got a photo (actually a logo) but it doesn't show on my posts.

What have I missed doing ?

In the heading banner you should see 'Settings' - click on that and you should get a page with a box on the left - 'My Settings' - in there should be 'Edit Avatar' - that should let you sort it out...
