Firstly, if you bought ballast hoppers direct from us, the slip of paper below came with a long 13 digit code either glued to the slip, or wrapped around it on another piece of paper. To avail of this discount, add each pack to your cart individually and then add it in when prompted at the check out on our site to get 10% off. It will NOT work if you add the bundle to the cart. Although it states on the slip that the discount on a rake is 4 packs, it will work for all 5! If you did not buy the ballasts direct from us, then select the 'bundle' option when buying online and this will give you a 5% discount on all five packs. Finally, if you are having any trouble with the code or any other part of the purchasing process, or have any questions on how it all works, please email us directly on info@irishrailwaymodels.com and we will sort it out for you. It works seamlessly for 99% of people, but we all have the odd tech issue can always creep in! We've hit the 20% mark in Taras sold already in less than three days, which is incredible.
