Can someone help with identifying the color scheme for the ex Ballymena and Larne engines (0-6-0 #106) when they were in NCC service late in their careers in the 1930's??

Thanks in advance.....Tommy

Thanks for the quick response........I should be able to match British LMS red here in the states. Decals will have to be found or find something "close enough" to suit.

You’d be able to get LMS crest transfers and lettering.

Little need to worry about coach lining as most ncc narrow gauge stock (and occasionally secondary main line stock) was unlined. It is my understanding, though, that they lined all locos.

Standard LMS wagon grey is available to buy. They used the same grey here that they used in England. Depending on the era of your layout, there were several quite different styles of wagon lettering.

If LMS crest transfers and lettering are available in 15mil scale (G gauge) can you name a supplier?  I'm familar with GRS, but not with any Irish suppliers.

Thx in advance.....tommy (in Va Beach, VA)
