If your customer service query is urgent, there may be limited support available during that period. Our distribution channels remain open over the festive period so you can place any direct orders and they will be dispatched to you! We will also pop up on social media and say hi from time to time between now and the new year! Many thanks for supporting IRM during the most unusual of years!
