  13. The full T&Cs of Royal Mail prohibited goods can be found here: http://www.postoffice.co.uk/prohibited-items Unfortunately Royal Mail also take a dim view of sending "living creatures" by mail, which thwarted our initial intent of a puppies-by-post business. Instead we decided to launch Railtec. Fear not Colm, the P&P for transfers is not increasing any time soon!
  14. Some photos showing the Railtec Models CIE 071 transfer pack courtesy of Mr Mirolo: More packs coming soon! Keep an eye out on the Railtec forum.

  18. Just to let folks know that we are starting to expand our 7mm range of transfers which may be of interest to this group. In the Irish range so far we have some generic markings for freight stock which can be seen by clicking here. We are also likely to expand into the 7mm range for locos and coaches, as we have already done quite some custom work in this area. Please get in touch if you would like to know more. 7mm packs so far can be seen below: - Condemned markings - Various handwritten "no brakes" - large - Various handwritten wagon formation numbers - large - Handwritten "No brakes" & formations - smaller sizes
  19. It's all well and good to have pristine stock trundling around one's layout, but let's face it - many depots and yards typically have at least a couple of withdrawn vehicles languishing down a siding in various states of neglect. To aid modellers in achieving this authenticity we have released transfer pack 1042 which gives various options: X markings in various styles. "Scrap", "RIP", "The End", "Preserved", "Batteries Isolated" and "Salvage for spare parts" markings in different hand-written styles. "Con.", "Cond" and "Cond." markings in different hand-written styles. Why not go one step further and add some graffiti with transfer pack 9008? Our service continues to operate 24x7 over the holiday period and our orders will continue to be dispatched usually within a few hours of receipt. Season's greetings to all!
  20. Thanks Gareth, the same to you - and thanks for your continued support with the transfers this year. Just give me a personal shout when you need some more and I'll see to it that you get what you need.

Our full Irish range can be seen by visiting www.railtec-models.com. The pack number for the 111 class is 5715, and this pack can be purchased by clicking here. Warm seasonal wishes from us all at Railtec.
  22. The shunter is a Hornby. I think it's almost the last of Hornby 08s that I have laying around. When I get the chance to do myself another 301 class it'll be a Bachmann, of which I have several with sound. I wonder how similar the 301 class sound is to the British 08?!
  23. All images have now been uploaded: http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/stevenabell/m.html Time to clear out some of the old stock!
  24. Ooops! That's what happens when we write emails at silly-o-clock. Title edited.
