You could always buy one of the three that @Georgeconna is selling, then swap that with @Gabhal Luimnigh . In fact, @Gabhal Luimnigh Could buy one of those from @Georgeconna and then sell one of his and make a profit!
He has all sold

Maybe ask if anyone has a black one to sell rather than swap and if they do, sell one of your ones and buy it.
It's probably easier to buy an airbrush now and have a go.

Well I'm back to having the 2 unused ones to swap again, been messed around I'm afraid, so 156 and 143 still here.

The Irish Rail and IE ones are the most desirable if you ask me. If you can't find a swap partner, just sell them for the going rate and buy the black ones you want. Is PM releasing any black ones this year? If so, you could sell them now for good money then buy the black ones and renumber any duplicates (much easier than a full respray!)
I suspect you will find a swap partner for both locos to be honest.
Thanks for that, I don't think I will sell them of the hassle of pricing etc, a swap is preferable.

It's got to be worth trying.
Absolute authenticity is not my aim, it takes the fun out of it for me, thanks for your id tip though, I'm still learning.

Hi all, I'm looking for an A Class locomotive, the lovely dirty black ones from the 70's era, anyone here got one available? I'm not going down the ebay route.
Thanks
