  1. I think I heard a 29000 class passing near Dunmurry at 17.54. Does anyone know if there was one or it was something else?

  3. Today: 0650 & 1235 ex Belfast, 0930 & 1520 ex Dublin- formed by 6 Car NIR CAF set (3002+3005). 0735 Ex Dublin & 1035 Ex Belfast - formed by either NIR or IE set. 1520 ex Dublin arrived 14 minutes late.

  7. The following services will be operated by 6-piece NI Railways trains: 11:05 Belfast to Dublin 14:00 Dublin to Belfast First Class is unavailable and catering is also unavailable.
  8. The 1105 ex Belfast & 1400 ex Dublin are a 6 car CAF, possibly 3002+3005. Also, looks like the 1200 ex Dublin will be an Irish Rail set due to the fact that the 0900 ex Belfast (failed) in Belfast and is almost 1hr 40m late.
  9. Due to an earlier train fault, the 09:00 from #Belfast Lanyon Place to #Dublin Connolly is being delayed at Lanyon Place & is now expected to be 20 minutes late.
  10. Due to flooding between Dundalk and Drogheda, the following services will not operate: Enterprise Service - 18:20 Dublin Connolly to Lanyon Place. Enterprise Service - 21:06 Lanyon Place to Dublin Connolly. Translink apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. An update: the 2106 ex Belfast will be started from Dundalk. Bus sub from Belfast / Dundalk.

  13. 9001 + 231 on the 18:05 Ex Belfast. With no catering car!
  14. Should be a DD but keep in mind it can be troublesome when stationary.
  15. It looks like another issue today? Unsure what operated the 0735 ex Dublin but the 1035 Enterprise to Dublin was reported as a 6 car CAF. ICR set 22037 worked the 1320 ex Dublin & 1605 ex Belfast.
  16. CAF sets 3002+3005 worked the entire 06:50 ex Belfast diagram today. However, this set was involved in a fatality on the 18:05 Ex Belfast. No idea about 20:50 Ex Dublin but was reported as starting late. @Darrman what service are you getting?
  17. I took an ICR to Dublin once and it was okay. Also sometimes Irish Rail use 29000s on this service (Nothing against these) but I do find them better than nothing for substitutions.
  18. The 16:05 Ex Belfast Enterprise had an issue at Drogheda. Currently 15 minutes late.
  19. 3002 worked 0650 & 1235 x Belfast and 0930 & 1520 x Dublin. as far as I know the 1805 is a DD set.
  20. Will be on the 06.50 & 09.30 tomorrow. CAFs 3002 + 3005 on the 18:05 Ex Belfast Enterprise on Monday (16th October). Apologies about the bad shot of 3005, these are video shots.

  22. @airfixfan Here is what happened: The 0650 ex Belfast failed at either Lisburn or Lurgan (unsure which one) But pax were put onto the 0800 ex Belfast which called at Lisburn. The 0930 ex Dublin was either a 29000 or DD ICR 36 worked the 0735 & 1320 ex Dublin, 1035 & 1605 ex Belfast. The 1900 ex Dublin is a 6 piece NIR CAF.
  23. Here’s more details: the 1235 ex Belfast (9003/8209) failed at Dundalk and passengers transferred to either an Irish Rail set or the 1405 ex Belfast at Dundalk. The 1805 from Belfast & 2050 from Dublin are NIR CAFs sets 3002+3005. the 1520 to Belfast was formed by ICR set 22036, this went through Moira at 1841 heading empty.
