So on 14/03/2023, the 1605 ex Belfast failed at Dundalk, resulting in a 29000 working it from Dundalk, a 29000 on the 1900 ex Dublin to Dundalk and a CAF from Dundalk… One year later, on 14/03/2024 16:05 Lanyon Place to Dublin Connolly due 18:17 16:05 Lanyon Place to Dublin Connolly due 18:17 is being delayed at Newry and is now expected to be 25 minutes late. This is due to a train fault. The train is approaching 30 minutes delayed… Do not be surprised if it is replaced by a unit. Even if it is, the 2050 xDublin can only be an Irish Rail set to Drogheda as the 2005 xBelfast will most likely be used to form it Drogheda - Belfast. This could mean a railcar on the 0735 x Dublin and 1035 x Belfast tomorrow. -

Delays recently Yesterday (21 Feb 2024) 0735 ex Dublin was 67 minutes late due to a signalling issue, overall 72 min delay on arr in Belfast (arr 1057) departing 36 mins late (1111). 1320 ex Dublin was about 10 mins delayed. Today (22 Feb 2024) The 1405 from Belfast to Dublin was 10 minutes delayed today due to disruptive passengers. -

Delays today due to ‘signalling issues’. @Metrovik, most of the time the Enterprise will run as normal, the main services that avoid faults are the 1120, 1320, 1650, 1900 & 2050 from Dublin. Same for the 0800, 1405, 1605, 1805 & 2005 from Belfast. -

17/02/2024 Another issue on the Enterprise today, this time on the 0735 Connolly - Belfast which departed around 0745 and was replaced by a 3 car ICR (22003) which returned to Dublin either empty or as a relief. A 6 car NIR C3K (3002 + 3003) worked the 1035 Belfast - Connolly. -
