Arrived today, sadly poorly packaged so much so both buses had broken the plastic ice cubes at both ends, and damage to headlight/indicator panel on one bus, that it broke off. Just a bit of paper, rather than bubble wrap which would have saved the day. Appreciate need to cut down on plastic, but please use enough brown paper to ensure secure wrapping so models don’t smash about in transit.

As good as new, run in on rolling road only. £170 free postage to UK Mainland only. I purchased two by mistake.

Each 1st Class compartment had its own toilet.

The removal of the 10 blanking plates and installation of the Hattons 18 pin decoders was the easiest exercise I have ever undertaken.

Kadee No.19 are perfect fit to replace TLC’s.

Very unlikely, I may try and dim the led’s with a marker pen, another good reason to be able to switch them off when not running.

Managed to get 3 of these from IRM before they sold out. I’m not a bus person, but these are fantastic models !

Thanks Colin, I managed to source Train Tech coach lighting kits (on Noel’s recommendation) from TMC @reduced price. DCC Concepts only do table lamps from what I could see.

Mine arrived pm today, including 10 lighting packs. I then decided to go for DCC control on lights and found Hattons DCR 18 pin 4 function decoders on TMC website @£10.84 per decoder reduced from £17. Easy to sort address for 4 Dark green set + full brake, I will have to wait on arrival of Park Royals to sort addresses for BnT & Light green full brakes as my Cravens don’t have lighting fitted.

UK VAT prices as pre ordered, I can’t remember exact price when I ordered but it was only a few £’s cheaper per coach.

I don’t know any model shops other than Marks models in Ireland, try them all to see if you could get one reasonable. As with everything, nothing is coming down in price.

Don’t know the make of speaker that is fitted but the sound reproduction is excellent. Where you source your decoder from, should have a video on their website to hear the loco sound, unless you are purchasing it 2nd hand. As I am UK based and use Kadee couplers, Wheeltappersdccsound.co.uk have an uncouple function and Neil is a Irish railway modeller himself. Roadsandrails, Murphy Models are suppliers as well and maybe Leggobiffoman ? Other members will add info.
