Csalem Posted April 27, 2012 Posted April 27, 2012 Hi all, The weedsprayer campaign for 2012 commenced this week, which when completed should have covered most of the Irish Rail network. Today it was down in Cork, covering the east Cork lines and I popped down to see some of the action. Due to the lack of run-round facilities at both Cobh and Midleton, two 071s were required to haul the set. I managed to get shots of it at Glounthaune and Midleton, with 073 and 080 the locomotives in use. Also included in the shots are some 2600s, the hybrid 26/27 set and a four piece 2800 visiting Cork.
