Just wanted to say well done to the lads at IRM for their service (this means you Patrick Conboy). After I sent a query to them  regarding my 141 order last night I expected a reply maybe today. However I got that reply at 10.50 last night from Patrick. Thinking the reply had been sent earlier and had been stuck in the ether, I sent back a quick thank you. Lo and behold I received a reply almost immediately. Now that is what you call customer service!  Always a pleasure to deal with

Patrick is always so prompt and professional with whatever query I have - and believe me, living where I do, I have a lot of them!

He gets back to me at all sorts of times and days, usually long before I'd have expected anything at all.

Literally second to none!
