knawa Posted October 30, 2024 Posted October 30, 2024 (edited) Hi All, Looking for MM 201 and 141/181 (Older run not the recent batch) 645 DCC sound chips. Can pay for postage or pick up in Dublin/Waterford/Kilkenny TIA for any response. Edited November 5, 2024 by knawa
DJ Dangerous Posted October 30, 2024 Posted October 30, 2024 There are no sound decoders for original run 141 / 181's, the locos don't have a speaker fitted. People have been retrofitting 121 decoders to them, and are probably fitting the newer 141 / 181 decoders, too. 201 decoders probably available from @WRENNEIRE, Mark's Models, Rails of Sheffield, Brian Collins Enterprises, RB Models etc. 1

Thank you for that info Regarding 201 chips first thing I checked was Mark's Models but missed the 201 listing. I see it now once again Thank you 1
