Weathered Murphy Models Class 071

I'm selling a Murphy Models class 071 number 085 factory weathered version but finding it difficult to put a price on it. There seems to be pricing anywhere from €220 to €400. Its boxed, only ran a few times with accessory bag. Anyone a benchmark fair figure to ask for it? Thanks.

I purchased an 085 on this site for €250 about 6 months ago. Which was a fair price.

I bought 086 on eBay about 3 months ago, as-new condition, and paid £279 which I thought was a fair price.

There have been a couple on eBay recently in the 400 to 500 range which is just silly!

Honestly I would ask for as much as you think you can get for it. If you sell it cheaply to a stranger there's every chance the buyer will just flip it for easy profit. Pick the highest figure you have seen one actually sell for. Indicate that you are open to reasonable offers and you'll get them. Then you can decide.

If you go through the eBay threads on here you'll see what 071s are going for. If you know someone personally who wants one and you know the person will keep it and enjoy it, you can obviously choose to do them a favour on the price if you feel like it.
