Patrick Davey Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago More photos from a work week travelling around Ireland. Located on ‘The Burma Road’ from Claremorris to Collooney, Kiltimagh is always an interesting place to visit, with plenty of original features remaining. The buildings are all in excellent condition as they have found other uses subsequent to the line’s final closure in 1975, and it’s good to see the lever frame remaining in the signal cabin. There is a museum in the old goods shed and the old carriages were brought here a good few years after 1975, I think I have seen photos of this unusual working, does anyone have a link? 11
