Trains in france

Went to carcassone on night train from paris gare d'austerlitz last night via Toulouse. Unfortunately the photos are poor quality as it was dark, and my phone went out of battery so I wasn't able to photograph the train being separated at brive! Went into carcassone town today and found it to be pretty depressing, medieval part a complete tourist trap and new town completely lifeless. Carcassone station is quite interesting though, not much on the passenger front but lots of freight trains going through! Hope you enjoy.

nice to see trains from accross the pond . like the look of this beast... <img src="http://irishrailwaymodeller.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=13914"/> ....looks to be a real old girl - any info on her?

That's the 7200 class, they're actually not that old, maybe about 30 years old or a bit more. There are a few other pics of them in the photos as well, but that one probably looks old because it's in the "fantome" silver livery and is quite dirty!
