Wanted, rebuilt Dutch van

Looking a bit of help and advice. Would anyone know were I could buy a rebuilt

Dutch van, dc kits have none left, or has anyone got one they want to sell,

If not what would be my options? ( I know run a different train).

Kits would not be my thing so any help would be appreciated,
