  1. Delays today due to ‘signalling issues’. @Metrovik, most of the time the Enterprise will run as normal, the main services that avoid faults are the 1120, 1320, 1650, 1900 & 2050 from Dublin. Same for the 0800, 1405, 1605, 1805 & 2005 from Belfast.
  2. 17/02/2024 Another issue on the Enterprise today, this time on the 0735 Connolly - Belfast which departed around 0745 and was replaced by a 3 car ICR (22003) which returned to Dublin either empty or as a relief. A 6 car NIR C3K (3002 + 3003) worked the 1035 Belfast - Connolly.

  20. PW Stuff apparently. Keep in mind it could be the tampers. Also… EM50 is coming south tomorrow from Ballymena. PM for more info.
  21. Possibly the Kirow Crane?
  22. Last Enterprise train substitution I have noted is 19th December, 1650 ex Dublin failed at Clongriffin, 1712 ex Dublin (29015) used to operate it approx 70 mins late. This formed the 2005 ex Belfast departing around 2030.
  23. A clearer version of todays events Both the 06.50 & 08.00 ex Belfast were late leaving for weather related reasons. 06.50 appears to have been held near Knockmore from around 08.15 to 09.30 due to a tree or trees ahead. Terminated Drogheda at 10.44 and back at 11.02. 09.30 was 8x29000 to Drogheda and normal DD from there. 06.50 left Drogheda as 29/20 at 11.00. 08.00 left Belfast a little before 09.30 and was delayed around Moira due to an issue with the train. Passed Drogheda at 11.37 and arrived Dublin at 12.11. 11.20 departed around 12.50 and terminated at Portadown. Pax changed onto C3K for Belfast. 14.05 from Belfast was a C3K to Portadown then DD as normal. 12.35 from Belfast ran 25 minutes late throughput. 13.20 15.20, 16.50 more or less to time. 14.05 a few minutes late into Dublin. 16.05 was about 18 minutes late.
  24. Monday 22/01/2024 The 0650 ex Belfast was extremely delayed (running 141 minutes late) while a 29000 ran the Dundalk - Connolly leg of the 0650 and either the DD worked back to Belfast as the 0930 or a 29000 operated it. Either way it was 60 minutes late (Belfast arr 1245) The 1235 ex Belfast departed 27 minutes late (1302). The 0800 ex Belfast was even further delayed, Only arriving into Dublin at 1210 approx. The 1120 ex Dublin departed (on time)? As an Irish Rail set or 90 minutes late as an Enterprise set. I am unsure what happened with the 1405 ex Belfast. Can anyone confirm? .
