Wire in Tube

Anyone know what is the correct sizes of copper/brass tube plus piano wire to make manual point controls.

I've use wire in plastic tubing, as intended for model aircraft - probably a bit more reliable if you need to bend things.

You can still get the traditional wire in tube from lychett Manor who acquired the old Gem Mercontrol system. As you are living in the UK Tony there shouldn't be any "import" problems. They stopped using the copper tube many years ago when Cornard (now defunct) started manufacturing the same type of system but using plastic type tube. Address/web site on the photo.
